Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing

Have you ever looked back over your life and thought about some people who you found yourself connected to in the past until you found out they were nothing more than wolves in sheep’s clothing? It can be a painful realization, but it’s also a powerful one. It means that you have the ability to see through deception and recognize the truth. It means that you have the strength to walk away from toxic relationships and surround yourself with people who truly care about you.

As the Bible says, “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves” 1. This verse reminds us to be vigilant and discerning when it comes to the people we allow into our lives. It’s important to surround ourselves with people who share our values and lift us up, rather than tear us down.

So if you’ve ever found yourself in a situation where you’ve had to walk away from someone who turned out to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing, take heart. You’re not alone, and you’re not weak.

You’re strong, and you’re wise. You have the power to choose who you allow into your life, and you have the power to create a life that is full of love, joy, and peace.

Remember, every ending is a new beginning. Every closed door is an opportunity for a new one to open. And every wolf in sheep’s clothing is a lesson in disguise. Keep your eyes open, your heart full, and your feet moving forward. You never know what amazing things are waiting for you just around the corner.

It’s Not You…..Just Ride The Storm Out

Sometimes, even when we’ve done everything right and stood before God blameless, trouble arises. But don’t get discouraged. This trouble has come to purge out your camp. We don’t always see that our haters are the closest ones to us. One of Job’s closest friends called him a liar in the midst of his distress. Instead of comforting him during one of the most horrific times of his life, he called him unrighteous and said that God was punishing him.

It’s important to watch out for those BFFIGT (best friends forever only in good times) who smile in your face but are secretly praying for your fall because they really want to take your place. These people can be hard to spot, but they’re out there. They may be jealous of your success or envious of your blessings. They may be threatened by your potential or intimidated by your strength. Whatever the reason, they’re not true friends.

Remember that God is with you in the midst of your storm. He sees what you’re going through and He’s working all things together for your good. He’s purging out the people and things that are holding you back so that you can move forward into the destiny that He has for you. Don’t give up hope. Keep your eyes fixed on Him and trust that He will see you through.
